Level 2 - 6 years old and older who have passed Preschool 3 or Level 1
Swimmers learn how to do these skills on their own:
- Step from the side into chest-deep water
- Fully submerge and hold their breath for 10 seconds
- Push off the pool bottom and tread water or float on their back for 15 seconds; swim on their front for five body lengths, then exit the water.
- Move into a back float for 15 seconds, roll onto their front, and continue swimming for five body lengths.
After completing Level 2, swimmers should sign up for Level 3.
