Our Stroke Clinic is designed for swimmers ages 10 - 18 years old who want to improve technique, build endurance, and gain a competitive edge in the pool!

✅ Stroke refinement for Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke & Butterfly
✅ Powerful starts off the blocks
✅ Fast, efficient flip turns & open turns
✅ Relay exchanges & race strategies
✅ Endurance training & swim-specific conditioning
✅ Drill work focused on technique & efficiency

Fee: $50.00 with a seasonal pool pass, $80.00 without a seasonal pool pass
